He possesses good responsibility reputation & virtues enabling me to gain excellent leadership skills, high ethical values and commitment to serve with total fidelity, self-drive and motivation. Oleng values among others ethics of honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability with utmost confidentiality, objectivity and respect as regards character in relation to the engineering profession and society at large. Morris Oleng holds Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural Option) obtained in November 2018 from the Pan African University, Institute of Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation hosted at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and technology in Nairobi, Kenya. He also holds Master of Business Administration with an elective in Engineering Project Management obtained in June 2015 from National Institute of Business Management, Chennai, India. Oleng graduated from Kyambogo University in June 2014 with Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Building Engineering (First Class Honours).

  • Design of a composite truss bridge over Unyama River in Amuru District using ArcGIS and SAP2000 software
  • Effect of molasses and local brew(waragi) waste as the binder in mortar for low-cost housing construction.
  • Feasibility study for the improvement on the design of retaining wall along Boroboro-Lira road.
  • Feasibility study on the use of water-retaining liner membrane in construction of water storage tanks. A case study of Maya resort.
  • Hydraulic analysis of Pajule water distribution network.
  • Investigating the effect of garbage disposal on groundwater quality a case of Namboole dumping site, Kireka Division, Kira municipality.
  • Rainwater harvesting and conservation for domestic use in Gulu Municipality. A case study of AA Apartment.
  • Suitability of using lightweight hollow concrete blocks as an alternative to maxpans in construction of ribbed slabs.
