Biography

He possesses a PhD in Water Management with a specialisation in Hydrology and Water Resources from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia (2022). He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Water Resources Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven / Vrije Universiteit Brussels, Belgium in 2014. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University attained in 2011.

Eng. Dr. Ambrose has published several articles in highly regarded journals, such as Elsevier and Springer Nature.

Eng. Dr. Ambrose is a Corporate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers and is a Registered Engineer with Uganda Engineers Registration Board.

He is a skilled Engineer involved in consultancy services with vast experience of over 12 years in design and construction supervision of different water and civil engineering works including sewerage treatment systems, water supply and sanitation facilities, water treatment plants, irrigation schemes, road drainage and other related infrastructures.
In addition, Ambrose is knowledgeable in a number of engineering software including HEC-RAS, HBV, GAMS, EPANET, WaterGEMS, ArcSWAT, QSWAT, QGIS, USGS’s MODFLOW and other software of Microsoft – office tools and AutoCAD.
